• American Standard and ISO 5211 drillings with ISO shaft provides flexibility of mounting handles, gear operators and actuation
• Environmental shaft seal to keep contaminants from entering shaft bore
• 2 RTFE bearings widely spaced eliminates side loading and provides friction free operation
• An extra wide sealing face makes for easier valve installation
• High strength single piece shaft
• Single, double, and / or triple 17-4 PH stainless steel taper pins positively lock the shaft to the disc
• Phenolic back up ring is vulcanized to the elastomer therefore eliminating movement within the seat
• A third shaft bearing is provided to further eliminate side loading and provide for friction free rotation of the disc / shaft

The Series 84/85 can be fully automated throughout its size range, by either pneumatic or electric actuators. Flow Line’s extensive automation capabilities are due to the fact that we developed our actuator and accessories from the ground up. Our automation products were designed with the torque needed to be able to automate all Flow Line valves. Because all Flow Line valves are kept up to the latest ISO 5211 standards, there is no need for brackets and couplers when using Flow Line actuators on Flow Line valves.
